Each day, participating schools throughout York Region offer breakfast and snacks that include fruits, vegetables, whole grain items, milk, cheeses and more to ensure kids are well-nourished throughout the school day. Your donation will make a difference in the lives of elementary and high school students. It goes to buying food to feed students.

For a school that serves a snack to 150 students per day at a cost of $1.25 per student, a contribution of:

  • $500.00 would provide 400 snacks; or

  • $100.00 would provide 80 snacks; or

  • $50.00 would provide 40 snacks

Tax receipts will be provided for all donations of $20.00 or more.
If you are a business, please contact us. See our list of donors.

Equipment Needed

Schools urgently need fridges and other appliances in order to run their breakfast and snack programs. Funding for food cannot be used to purchase equipment, so we rely on the generous donations of the community. If you have a new or gently used fridge that you would like to donate or offer a discounted price, please contact us!
